Yes. Every season brings a new colour story, and we match your hang tags to your seasonal Pantone palette with the same ±1.5% deviation tolerance we apply to all Heidelberg offset work. We keep your brand's Pantone references on file and apply them to each season's tag programme — so autumn-winter 2025 and spring-summer 2026 will both match your specified palette, even if the palette changes between seasons.

Do you offer recycled or sustainable board options for hang tags?

Yes. We offer recycled kraft board (post-consumer waste content, natural brown or bleached), FSC-certified board (Forest Stewardship Council chain of custody, on request), and kraft-textured specialty stock for brands with sustainability commitments. The print quality on recycled stock is slightly warmer and less brilliant than virgin FBB, but many apparel brands now prefer this aesthetic — it signals sustainability without having to say it on the tag.

How do you handle export documentation and NRI shipping for hang tags?

For export shipments, we provide the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and any buyer-specified documentation as part of your dispatch. We ship to Tirupur, Ludhiana, Noida, and all major Indian apparel hubs by surface courier, and internationally to buyer warehouses by air freight or sea freight depending on volume and urgency. For NRI brands producing in India but selling overseas, we can ship tags to your factory in India and cartons to your buyer's DC abroad in a single coordinated dispatch.

What is your lead time for a new seasonal hang tag programme?

For a new programme — new artwork, new board selection, new finish stack — lead time is 7–10 working days from artwork sign-off to dispatch. Physical strike-off samples are produced within 72 hours of artwork approval. For a repeat seasonal programme where the board, finish, and brand Pantone are already on file but the artwork changes (e.g., a new season's collection name and colour story), lead time reduces to 5–7 working days.
